By accessing or using AivaStack and any of its associated products (including VersionR, PromptDock, DryRun, and any future products), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
AivaStack provides a unified identity and account management platform for a suite of developer tools. Our services include user authentication, organisation management, API key provisioning, billing, and access to our product ecosystem. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems. Automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks are strictly prohibited.
Organisation owners are responsible for managing team members, roles, and permissions within their organisation. AivaStack is not liable for actions taken by members within an organisation. Owners may transfer ownership in accordance with our documentation.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled at the organisation level. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.
Access to our APIs is governed by rate limits and usage quotas as described in our documentation. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access if usage patterns indicate abuse or violate these terms.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with AivaStack and its products remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the service. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AivaStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
